Experience the beauty of outdoor yoga this Fall at the scenic Switzerland Inn, overlooking the breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountains! Join our Mixed Levels, Slow Flow yoga class, held every third Saturday of the month, weather permitting. This class guides you through a range of seated, standing, and reclined poses at a deliberate, unhurried pace, making it perfect for practitioners of all levels—from those with basic knowledge of yoga postures to seasoned students who enjoy a slower approach.

Emphasizing mindful movement and alignment, this practice helps you build strength, flexibility, and a deeper connection to your body and breath. If you have severe limitations and or injuries, we recommend our Joints and Glands class on Thursdays at 11 AM or our Beginner Yoga class on Fridays at 11 AM for a more suitable experience.
