
All Levels Yoga and Floor Barre Strength (60 min)
An all levels class designed to build strength from the inside out. Most of the practice takes place on the floor, blending the precision of floor barre with the flow of yoga. Each class begins with a gentle warm up and mobility work to prepare the body, and always ends with delicious stretching and deep relaxation.
Expect a strong, engaging sequence that emphasizes core strength, stability, and alignment. Some prior yoga or movement experience is helpful. If you are brand new to yoga, we recommend beginning with our Joints and Glands class on Thursdays at 11 AM, or give us a call for guidance.
