This weekend immersion invites teachers into the heart of a yogic and Ayurvedic lifestyle, a way of living that honors rhythm, balance, self study, and compassionate awareness. You will explore how the body, breath, mind, and nervous system function as one woven whole through the kośas, the vāyus, the guṇas, prāṇa, and simple Ayurvedic daily principles. These teachings help you understand your own patterns more clearly so you can understand the needs and tendencies of your students with greater sensitivity and skill.
We will look at how lifestyle, breath, digestion, sleep, emotional tone, and mental state shape our inner experience. You will learn how natural cycles influence energy, how daily routine supports clarity, and how shifts in the guṇas color our thoughts and actions. With the support of somatic tools and modern nervous system awareness, you will gain a grounded understanding of why students feel the way they feel and how yoga can meet them exactly where they are.
Most of all, this weekend helps you learn to see more clearly. You will notice how prāṇa moves, how tension holds, how breath speaks, and how each student expresses their unique constitution and life story through posture and presence. You will leave with insight into your own nature and practical ways to sequence classes, offer supportive cues, and guide students with steadiness, compassion, and clarity.
This is yoga and Ayurveda as lived experience, cultivating a teacher who is rooted, regulated, and ready to support others on the path.
