Looking for a challenge? Vinyasa Flow is our most physically demanding class, featuring a faster pace, continuous movement, and dynamic sequences that synchronize breath with motion. This class is best suited for students with prior yoga experience and a solid understanding of foundational yoga postures.
Designed to build strength, endurance, flexibility, and focus, this invigorating practice will leave you feeling energized, accomplished, and refreshed. Every class concludes with a cool down and guided relaxation to help integrate the benefits of your practice.
