Two Weeks July 18th through August 2nd
Each day of your retreat unfolds with a steady, intentional rhythm that balances practice, study, and space to integrate. Mornings begin gently, with an optional guided meditation, followed by a grounding yoga asana practice before breakfast. Afterward, we gather for morning teachings that deepen understanding and set the tone for the day.
The afternoon invites embodiment and inquiry through practicum and extended lectures, offering time to explore the teachings in a more hands-on and personal way. For those who wish, a second meditation practice is available later in the day, creating an opportunity to return inward before the evening meal.
As the day winds down, we come together over tea for simple, unhurried connection and satsanga, or you’re welcome to take quiet personal time to rest, reflect, or be in nature. Each day is designed to support both structure and personal practice, allowing learning to land not just in your mind, but in your body.
By the end of this training, you'll not only deepen your personal practice but also earn the prestigious RYT200 Yoga Alliance certification, opening doors to endless possibilities in the realm of further study and even teaching and sharing the gift of yoga.

"I've done both 200 and 300 hour Teacher Trainings with Joe and Nichole and the only thing I can say which would do them justice ia that they were life-changing. I've learned and grown so much in my practice and in my life."
-Linda A.
"Yoga teacher training with Nichole and Joe was an experience I never knew I needed. I expected the in-depth coverage of poses, anatomy, and how to teach but what I didn't expect was the philosophy of the Yoga sutras, chakras, and Ayurveda. There is so much to this training, and I'm so glad I did it!"
-Abby V.
"With Nichole & Joe, I get the mental, physical, and spiritual all-in-one and now I get to share the gift that y'all have given me and that I love that I have grown from a student into a teacher."
-Sonya W.
