Yoga HIIT

A Yoga HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class is a dynamic fusion of yoga elements with high-energy, resistance training intervals. There are two levels within the class RX and Scaled which offer options for advanced athletes as well as Day-1 beginners. The class warms up with Mobility for health and longevity, then we focus on strength skills, after which is a short burst of HIIT & Core, and finally we cool down with traditional Yoga Postures ending with Savasana to integrate the entire experience.

Your best self is flexible and strong enough to handle whatever adventure life has in store for you. Don't hesitate or listen to the voice that tells you "you aren't ready". There's no better time to start than NOW!
