Yoga & Barre Strength

Yoga Barre Strength (60 min)
This mixed-level class builds strength from the inside out through a grounded, floor-based practice that blends the precision of floor barre with the flow and breath awareness of yoga. Each class begins with a gentle warm-up and mobility work, then moves into a strong, engaging sequence focused on core strength, stability, and alignment. We always close with generous stretching and deep relaxation.

Some prior experience with yoga or movement is helpful for this class. If you are brand new to yoga, we recommend starting with our Joints and Glands class. Thursdays at 11:00 AM is an excellent choice, or feel free to give us a call and we will be happy to help guide you.
