This dynamic session combines elements of strength training, flexibility, mindfulness, and functional movement for a transformative yoga experience. While a fundamental understanding of yoga is helpful, our experienced instructors provide variations for different levels of experience. Please note that this is not recommended as an introductory class for people working with injuries.
