Mixed Level Slow Flow Yoga

Join our Mixed Levels, Slow Flow yoga class, designed to guide you through a range of seated, standing, and reclined poses at a deliberate, unhurried pace. Suitable for practitioners of mixed levels, from students with basic knowledge of the yoga postures to experienced students who enjoy a slower approach, this class emphasizes mindful movement and alignment, helping you build strength and flexibility while deepening your connection to your practice. This practice offers an opportunity to tune into your body and make tangible connections with postures, breath, motion, strength, and stillness. If you have severe limitations or injuries or are a beginner, we recommend attending our Joints and Gland class on Thursdays at 11 AM or our Beginner Yoga class on Fridays at 11 AM for a more suitable experience. All classes end with a period of relaxation to leave you feeling refreshed and centered.
