Mindful Stability

Welcome to our Mindful Stability Yoga class, where we prioritize the art of practicing yoga poses with patience and mindfulness. In this class, participants differing levels are welcome, although this is not a beginners class and not recommended for injuries. Delve deeply into the foundations of yoga by placing a strong emphasis on the correct mindfulness of each posture. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just beginning your journey, our experienced instructors will guide you through sequences designed to enhance stability. Join us for an enriching experience that not only strengthens your body but also refines your practice.
