All Levels Strength & Balance

Join our All Levels Strength yoga class, designed to guide you through a range of seated, standing, and reclined poses at a deliberate, unhurried pace with a focus on strengthening the core body. Suitable for a range of levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, this class emphasizes mindful movement and alignment to build strength and flexibility. You'll engage in specific exercises aimed at strengthening core muscles, enhancing stability, and improving overall physical resilience, all without a fast flow. We will always wrap it up with a guided relaxation. However, if you have severe limitations or injuries, we recommend attending our Joints and Gland class on Thursdays at 11 AM or our Beginner Yoga class on Fridays at 11 AM for a more suitable experience.
