Joints and Glands Yoga Class is an excellent choice for first-time students and students looking for a gentle and healing practice. It offers a gentle and accessible introduction to yoga practice focusing on simple yet effective movements that enhance overall wellbeing. Despite its gentle nature, the class provides a surprising cardiovascular workout and a pathway to improving strength. We welcome beginners to join us on this mindful journey toward enhanced wellbeing through the power of gentle movement. Please bring a bolster if you have one for seated poses or any props you may enjoy, and let's embark on this rejuvenating and nurturing experience together. Our studio owner, with 25 years of practice, still holds a deep passion for participating in this style of class!
