All Levels Hatha Yoga

Our All Levels Hatha Yoga class is a balanced blend of strength, stability, and mindfulness suitable for every body and every experience level. This class moves at a steady, intentional pace, emphasizing proper alignment, conscious breathing, and a calm, focused mind.

Each session includes the Traditional postures of Hatha Yoga, which includes longer holds to help you build strength and flexibility while deepening your awareness of the connection between body and breath. Whether you’re new to yoga or refining your practice, this class offers a grounding and accessible way to develop balance, resilience, and inner peace.
